16 Apr JOE BIDEN DEMENTIA #3. HEALTH OF THE 2020 CANDIDATES XIV
Joe Biden, the presumptive 2020 Democratic candidate for President, has ongoing unanswered questions about his mental capacity. Two prior posts have examined at length whether the 77 year-old is exhibiting signs of dementia. The available evidence points towards an answer in the affirmative.
What are the arguments that support Biden’s present mental capacity as suitable for a president? Will he be able to responsibly perform his presidential duties? I detected our arguments in his favor.
1) A recent medical examination stated: “Vice President Biden is a healthy, vigorous, 77-year-old-male, who is fit to successfully execute the duties of the presidency, to include those as chief executive, head of state, and commander in chief.” This report was issued on December 17, 2019 by Dr. Kevin O’Connor, who treated the candidate when Vice President.
2) Joe Biden in frequent public appearances has long acted in a goofy, inappropriate, and bizarre way. But, his behavior has not changed, and he remains ‘Harmless, goofy, old Joe.”
3. The candidate has had a stutter since childhood. His ‘word salad’ and incomprehensible sentence structure are merely manifestations of a physical condition, and not a cognitive deficiency.
4. Any complaints about Biden’s mental ability are personal attacks. They are beyond the pale and inappropriate to a political campaign.
These arguments will be examined in a subsequent post,
